Kimchee Yaki Udon with spicy sautéed basil ginger soy, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, onion, bell peppers and scallions - $15. I had to order it with Kimchee on the side for my kids but it was good. I would’ve probably liked it better if the kimchee was cooked together
One of the best things I’ve ordered at Luanne’s! (Subbed tofu in for the basil soy protein.) The sauce was tangy and spicy but not too spicy. If you like #kimchi , you’ll like this!
Another 5 star dish from Wild Ginger. With a 2 star photo at best. Loved the warmth and spice in this dish, with the tangy crunch of the kimchi, and smoky tenderness of the seitan. After ordering it I realized I got this the one other time I came to this restaurant, so I think I’ll mix it up next time as the menu is super extensive, but this one is an amazing go-to entree.
Mmmmmmmm, best Udon I've had to date! True comfort food right here. Lil spicy, very filling, and the soy protein was divine. Round of applause for the udon!!!! #veganisnotscary
