Katsu Sando con cotoletta di funghi lion's mane

I had a delightful evening catching up with @irene80 the other day. I agree with everything she said about this sandwich… Some of the #mushroom stems were too chewy. I swallowed a big chewy stem that didn't seem to have been cleaned properly and it left a bad taste in my mouth. It did not have a strong #katsu flavor but it was still good. Other than the above-mentioned stems. there was a lot of bread. I took some home to make a sandwich the next day. it still is a very nice place to meet. lots of fun #greenhouse ambience. they do have many #veganoptions. I would not order this #sandwich again but i would go back. another friend from bologna said they are more known for the setting than for their food. and some jacaranda 💜🪻

Aperitivo in compagnia di @unejanie ! Non do quattro stelle al gusto perché nonostante l'originalità del piatto,il sapore piacevole della maio e delle verdure che condivano il sandwich,il fungo fritto,che è sempre goloso, presentava però delle parti davvero coriacee che ho dovuto letteralmente sputare🥴. Credo che non fosse stato ben mondato. Peccato perché a parte questo difetto poteva essere davvero ottimo e abbondante. Comunque alle Serre si può gustare sempre qualcosa di vegano e questo lo apprezzo molto! #katsusando #lionmane #funghifritti #aperitivovegano
