Kale Pesto Pasta Salad

Delicious 😋. The dried tomatoes and the toppings made it even better

Presentation for this was pretty on point considering it was basically a #salad 🥗 I actually got it as a side to my #caprese but you know I can’t give up the opportunity to #abillionhacks a meal when given a chance 😜 The #pasta was pretty tough, I’m not sure what kinda noodles they used but there’s a chance it’s #glutenfree given how many items in the store are 🙏 The #pesto flavour was present but not too powerful. liked the past it was super yum, pasta was cooked just nice, love the burst of flavours coz of sun dried tomatoes and olives.

This has got so much health in it and probably is the ‘right’ amount of pasta one should have for lunch to avoid that after lunch slump.

Really enjoyed this! Everything went nicely together and I particularly loved the sundried tomatoes (they were super soft and flavourful)! Will get this again if I’m here, but will request for no olives 😣 #veganisnotscary #9090challenge
