Jeweled Hummus

Anything from Artichoke always slaps and you the hummus is a must. An ensemble of tehina, miso, skhug (SO HERBY AND FLAVORFUL), pistachio, currants and pomegranates.

This was clearly our best dish at the restaurant along with the bread. I did not take a picture of that. If I have to choose one dish this will be the one. The flavours were amazing and there was something different about this Humus

Really creative way of presenting hummus with the various spices and textures on top. Great with their bread. The bread is too expensive though, haha

Went to Artichoke recently and found the standard had kinda dropped and it wasn't as good BUT the hummus and bread are still good! According to the menu, this one has tahini, miso, skhug (a kind of hot sauce?), pistachio and currants. Loved the pomegranate seeds and the currants, still one of my fav hummus in SG!
