Jack bites

These jack wings were tasty loaded bites! Great as a snack or as a side to a meal. The inside was gooeyr than expected but delicious dipped in sauce!

really enjoyed these! Really nice flavour and texture, they just melt in your mouth. I dipped mine in Leon’s vegan garlic aioli sauce

I crave nuggets so bad that I was jumping for joy when I saw that Leon had vegan jack fruit nugget bites on their menu! 🧆The insides were “cheesy” and the skin was really crispy! Needless to say, my omnivore friend was satisfied too 😍This is us now - a pair of satisfied otters w big bellies 🦦🦦

Flavour of “trying too hard.” So sorry Leon but this one isn’t a winner. It starts with the very soft consistency to the overpowering “cheese” taste which tastes like thick artificial cauliflower cheese paste and ends with the apparent identifiable lack of jackfruit. Good idea, bad execution, which is a shame as other vegan dishes are nice. Extra points for the vegan aioli though, much appreciated.

Horrible. Puréed jackfruit and cheese, breaded. Still manages to be bland. #animalsnow
