Inari

I'm always partial to a good #inari, but several reasons why I won't be shouting at the top of my lungs proclaiming the virtues of this one 😅 1. £4.50 for this one morsel ouch 😳 2. The beancurd skin fell apart way too easily under chopstick pressure 😬 3. The #rice wasn't sticky enough for this On the upside, the addition of #kimchi gave it a piquant, fragrant touch. You even get a choice of four kimchi types; they serve a sampler flight when you sit down and this helps you choose (second picture) 🙂 I'm quite traditional sometimes so I chose the classic "red" one at normal spice levels

Very good and original. It is a piece of tofu filled with rice and one-color kimchi.
