I’m Cheezy Pizza

this was so good!! i was apprehensive about ordering this because it was a little bit unusual, but it’s a menu item i’ve been thinking about for a while. the mac and cheese is just their house mac, but the cheese it is topped with really brings the pizza to the next level. it isn’t super gummy or glue-textured, and the bacon crumbles add a subtle smoky flavor to each bite. the crust was also delicious and crispy without being an actual thin crust pizza. i would recommend all pig minds pizzas for their crusts. the pizza was a bit oddly shaped, but it gave it a bit of personality and i didn’t mind. definitely recommend (at least for the fun experience!) #veganpizza #veganmacandcheese #macandcheese
