Huvudroll Plant Balls

Tried these at Ikea a few weekends ago and I got them with couscous as I don’t like mash. They were very tasty and had a very good texture, if not a tiny bit dry (but I suspect this was due to being slightly over cooked as some of them weren’t dry).
