Honey Cashew Shrimp

I was really craving some homey hawker center food and vegie bowl delivered. This “honey” syrup was a tad too sweet, but they put it under the fried vegan shrimp (so it doesn’t get soggy) so I could reduce the amount of syrup. The coating is so crispy! Yumm!! Really satisfied my craving.
