healthy congee

For those who don’t know, congee is a rice porridge and it is served by many Asian mothers in a similar way to how Western folks think of chicken soup. This healthy congee is so tasty and makes me feel well! It has ginger and orange peel. Delicious! #vegandimsum at Po Kong is amazing (they say they are vegetarian but they are Buddhist and so their teachings are that eggs and dairy are not vegetarian - so they are truly vegan).
