Happy Buddha Bowl with tofu

So delicious, healthy and super fresh. Loved the sauce on the tofu and the crunch

of the chickpeas. It definitely wouldn't be filling enough as a meal without the tofu. I do think it's a tad expensive but I really enjoyed it.
