Loved the thicc handmade katsu culet with umami finely diced mushrooms (kinda like 'minced meat') coated in crunchy oat batter!! Texturally much more interesting than the king oyster mushroom cutlet that they've always had on their menu. Hope this can be sold as an a la carte side too~ 🍗🍛 Do note that this isn't the standard presentation; @veganspicegirl requested for the cutlet to be served on the side so as not to get soggy.
