I LOVE pesto and don’t get to have gnocchi enough, so this was an easy choice. Ended up being one of the best gnocchi I’ve ever had. So delicate and melt in your mouth. The creamy pesto was beautifully rich, and the toasted pine nuts and vegan Parmesan added extra goodness. Delicious.
