🌱 🍝 🍕 We chose this restaurant for our first night in Singapore from @vikas’s review and for the abillion deal (two for one on vegan mains). When we showed the app to the waiter, they said they are no longer doing those dishes or running the @abillion promotion / offer, but made an exception as they had the ingredients and did still give us the promotion. The service was actually brilliant after that hiccup, very friendly staff, very tasty dinner and only $65 (inc. service fee etc.) for the pizza, pasta, a beer and a wine. I hope they do now keep these dishes and the promotion running as it would be a shame to take these delicious meals off the menu.
The hand made pasta saved the restaurant for me. Else I will be left wondering. Still not worth the price
I initially had no idea what trofie pasta was hahaha 🙈 But anw it turned out to be chewy and dense short thin twisted pasta! 🍝 Coated in red pesto sauce made with Apulian almonds, red pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil. I found the sauce relatively tasty and something different from conventional green pesto. Came with some crunchy almonds slivers and purple artichokes; personally wished there could have been more toppings! 🍅🌶️🌿 All @abillion members can enjoy 1-for-1 for vegan pizzas and pasta here till end Dec 2024~ ✨ ($28) #sgvegan #veganoptions #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb #pasta #veganpasta #italian
The pasta was definitely well thought out and delivered. The hand-rolled pasta has a lovely al denote texture and the sauce is well balanced with tomato and umami. I clarified that I needed the dish to be vegan, and again dairy-free. The waiter was very caring and receptive. Overall a lovely dinner experience capped off with a lemon sorbet!
so good!❤️😍The pasta's got this amazing chew, and the almond pesto is super creamy and flavorful. The purple artichokes are a nice touch, and that hint of heat from the peperoncino just rounds it all out. Definitely a dish worth trying!🍝
