Hainanese vegan Chicken Rice

To me, what really makes chicken rice stand out is the red chili sauce. This dish has two other very nice sauces.

Prive does the best vegan chicken rice in Singapore. The chicken, made with Huera, is marinated with the fragrant sesame oil and ginger. The chilli and ginger dips are amazingly good as well.
