There were a few more vegan options on the menu here, but I didn’t feel like anything too heavy for lunch. Besides the fact that this salad could have fed at least ten people 😂 ...it was really fresh, colourful, and delicious.
A great light lunch option (as long as you don’t attempt to eat all of it - I took half home with me) with the most stunning of views 🌊
Remember to ask for avo, not feta, to make it vegan 🌱🥑
