Golden Pumpkin Bread

Quite mediocre for artisanal bread actually…also not v prominent pumpkin taste but q substiantial amount of pumpkin seeds’

Available on Tue Thu Sat, this was another item I pre-ordered online (2 days advance min) at $5.50 but you can easily find this in-store if you go in at the right time. The bread texture was great - soft, chewy, tearable and airy light fluffy. But it also works incredibly toasted lightly to the right degree w the right bread thickness & you get a crisp exterior and a gradual transition of crisp to warm denser interior. There wasn’t a distinct flavour of pumpkin in the bread, but you do get pumpkin seeds peppered around inside.
