Tofu mayo sandwich with dill. This is absolutely delicious, the texture is divine and it's the best on-the-go meal!
The Fussy Vegan is one of my favourite vegan places. I love everything on the menu! The sandwich on the left is the mushroom bbq slaw one and on the right is the tofu mayo.
I love this sandwich and I am not usually a tofu fan - but this sandwich lightly toasted = such a winner
