Garlic Aubergines

Verrryyyyu spiccyyyyyyyy 🥵 i love spicy food but this was a lot! Really delicious otherwise though, purchased these #noodles as part of a lunch deal which included wanton crisps

AMAZING. JUICY. EGGPLANTS. so so SO good. the eggplants exploded with juices when we bit into it and it also had just the right amount of garlic flavour such that it wasn’t overpowering. highly recommend!
