Gandhi Breakfast Burrito

Tofu scramble, potatoes, cashew mozzerella cheese sauce, plain cream cheese, and macnut pesto wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla. Texture was great, as was the mix of ingredients, but it was lacking flavor.
