Passing through both Brussels and Amsterdam, I was envious of everyone tucking into tasty-looking fries that I couldn’t partake in because they were cooked in beef dripping. But then we found this place, proudly advertising itself as vegetarian and using traditional cooking techniques but in vegetable oil instead. SOOO good! And with 28 sauces to choose from, I’m sure there must be some vegan options in there too.
