Fried Cheese Sticks

I really did love the first version of this starter that was made with cashew nuts at their original branch in Cape Town CBD. This tapioca variation is not bad at all, but lacks the tang. I also thought presentation could be a bit better. Overall, not bad though.

I did not like this, didn’t feel too cheesy. That wasn’t my problem, but it also did not taste too good either. I was missing some flavour.

I enjoyed the texture and flavour. Would buy this gem again!
