Really delicious #cauliflower!! Like i wish people knew how delicious and absolutely flavourful and exciting #vegetables can be!!! 💚💚💚 It is naturally sweet from the vegetables, the #vinegar gives a slight #tang and a deep #roasted flavour that complements the #nuts 🥦🥜🥗 Not gonna lie it’s on the more pricey side ~$25, but for meat eating friends to enjoy this, it is #worthit

my partner loved the cauliflower (he just likes anything fried tbh) loooove the pickled beet, walnut dukka and the many many pomegranate

The beet root was the best part of the dish. We found the cauliflower a little sweet. The presentation was amazing

Fried cauliflower with mango amba, jewelled rice and puffed corn. This was BOMBA GOOD!!! The flavours and textures were amazing and so on point. A very big portion too so it's great for sharing. Please order this when you go! Seriously my mouth is watering thinking about this dish #bestpicks
