Sooooooooo good! 😍 Highly recommend. Beet & roasted mushroom patty topped with: eggplant caviar, roasted bell pepper, and garlic sauce in a sourdough bun. Can switch out to another roasted veg like zucchini or add extra toppings too! (Combo with thick sweet potato fries and salad.)
