Despite this not being my kind of dish I’m giving this extra points on taste
because it was super interesting and unique! I didn’t love the deep fried tapioca as it was quite dry but the fresh vegetables and thick aubergine paste were really nice plus the hint of spice. Purchased from a stall called Acarajé e Tapioca. You can’t miss it as it lists vegan acarajé on the menu
