The ingredients were; coriander falafels,
Roasted butternut and quinoa, tomato, picked cucumbers, baby spinach, corn, hummus, spicy tomato relish, mixed seeds and micro-greens.
All these ingredients blended so well and tasted delicious. The tomato relish was delicious. There were at least 4 well
Sized falafels in the bowl. Really filling with a good portion served.
