Evolved Satay Dipped in Fresh Peanut Sauce

A twist to Indonesian street food. Juice and tender mock meat served with their special peanut sauce. They used the mock meat from evolved foods which is an upcoming vegan meat brand, the texture of which is so good. It is not as meaty as the other brands but I really liked it. Their peanut sauce is awesome, it seems like they have taken their peanut butter and just transformed it into something else.
