Evolved is the Bibimbap Bowl with crispy brown rice, Kim her, oyster mushroom bulgogi and a bunch of fresh tasty veggies. Flavors are interesting as the crispy brown rice gives a good crunch. I am not vegetarian but you feel fresh and refreshed after.
