Eierschwammerl Bagel

Filled with roasted chanterelle mushrooms (abillion makes me expand my food vocabulary😂 I had no these were called chanterelle lol), rucola and cream cheese. Very delicious! 🥯 Its a monthly special so everyone who wants to try better be quick!
