Dumpling noodles

Methinks the chef's overworked. Its another 初一 (holy day) today and he missed out on one of my orders on top of the above mistake 👆 Stir - fried (not boiled) #dumpling #noodles is a 1st for me as well. 3, dry, sad lil parcels on a Xinghua (think lotsa crunchy #cabbage, umami #mushrooms, #peanuts and #carrots) bed of thin #beehoon sans nuts. Clean but not quite what I'm half expecting. Has he ran out of broth? 😔🔫 Oh and on the note of impact, the more you write, the more it confuses the algorithm..so yeah #alliumfree #chinese

Soup noodles with some shredded vegetables (personally would have liked a bit more veg). Dumplings were stuffed with a pretty generous amount of nice 'meaty' fillings, and it wasn't one-dimensional as there were black fungus bits etc! ($6.50 / S)

This was their chef's recommendation. It was ok, not a bad dish but i suppose I was sort of expecting more. It's not msg laden,n tht's a good thing. Sort of like a glorified instant noodles feel. But the dumplings are nice so tht's not disappointing. 62/90 #veganisnotscary

Soup was so thickkk and dumplings only 3 :( could have more variety of veggies
