The ingredients include: a bed of tri-colored quinoa, amaranth, long-grain brown rice, colucari red rice, chickpeas, Brussels sprouts, sun-dried tomatoes, sweet onions, coconut cream, peanut butter, ginger, garlic, pink Himalayan sea salt, turmeric, chili flakes, pepitas, rosemary, and hemp seeds. An absolute tour de force! I also enjoy the menu listing pro-vegan documentaries. 🍠 🎥
