This #croissant had a flakey outside and chewy inside, and it was filled with #custard cream and topped with toasted #almonds and a powdered sugar dusting. We had it at Da Praceta, a vegetarian/vegan caffè in Póvoa de Varzim, #portugal. In short, it was just okay. I wish it had more custard so the crust wouldn't feel as dry. The toasted almonds were a nice touch however. A nice snack when you're out and about. Bonus points for the cool plate! 🥐
