Cuban Bread with Hummus

This is a complimentary dish for sharing that accompanied the rest of our food order. The hummus was a tasty grilled aubergine topped with chickpeas. The Cuban Bread is a crowd pleaser I haven't had in years as I never realized it was vegan. Yum!
