i’m reviewing this again because it was suggested to add smashed maduros and garlic aioli for the sandwich for a dollar extra and it was definitely a good idea! they added a lot of texture and extra flavor; additionally, the garlic aioli made the sandwich a bit creamier and provided a nice contrast to the meat of the sandwich. the sandwich itself is very large and the deli meats are delicious! i can tell the difference between the two and they both have distinct flavors. i enjoy the mustard and pickles as well, and the bread (truly) brings the sandwich together. i loved this one, definitely recommend adding to it! #cubansandwich #cuban #sandwich #vegansandwich #vegandeli #deli

i was very impressed by this sandwich! it came with both pork and ham seitan. they were both sliced similarly; however, i could tell them apart entirely in flavor (i know they are different colors too)! i loved how large the sandwich was, and the bread seemed to be the perfect mix of soft but slightly crispy and buttery… the pickles added a nice crunch and added flavor, and the mustard was the perfect finish. i would recommend for any fellow cuban enjoyers to try this sandwich; definitely one of the better cubans i’ve had!
