Croque Monsieur

The sandwich was delicious and the white sauce on the side (I thought it tasted of truffle, which I love) was a great touch. The bread was a bit dry but still really good. Very filling.

Holy potatoes this was a huge portion! It is described as: Laurentian seitan and smoked eggplant served on multigrain bread with house bechamel and vegan mozzarella. Paired with a salad and fresh Quebec potatoes. It was very heavy, even the salad and it was all super dry. Still good though. My fav thing was the bechamel sauce on the side. I have already reviewed their poutine, but it is just soooooo goooddd I had to include it in my second pic. Drool. I've said it before and I'll say it again: their sauce game is on point!!
