Croissant amandes

The last thing for me to eat from Zoi… how sad. This confirmed my love for almond croissants, as this was probably one of the best I’ve ever had (likely because of the sheer amount of almond paste inside). Somewhat indescribable, it’s just perfection.

WOW!!! Now I know why Lyon is the gastronomical capital of Europe!!! This croissant was STUFFED to the brim with pâte d’amandes and oh my god that flaky flaky pastry! Divine!
