Crispy Fried Yams

Next appetizer, these crispy yams 🍠! Absolutely delicious, the sweet yams were soft on the middle and crispy on the outside, and the XO sauce was rich and salty. Loved this combo, and the fried crunchy pumpkin seeds added amazing texture.
