Crispy Beancurd Skin with Sesame Rice

Wow! Can’t believe this was my first time trying this at Greendot! This dish consists of crispy beancurd skin, braised tau kwa, broccoli, achar, tomato and cucumber served on sesame rice. Comes with a bowl of seaweed soup. The chilli was good! Enjoyed this dish and would order again.

Whenever you crave for veg chicken rice, you can rely on their version to satisfy you.

This looks kinda like "chicken" rice, but I believe they shouldn't be compared against each other. I like this dish, it has quite a few components that went well with each other. The beancurd skin has a nice texture, crispy on the outside, chewy in the inside; which goes really well with the tangy chilli sauce. On the side, there were tau pok that was seasoned well with herbacious seasoning, steamed brocolli, and very bright achar. And finally, it comes with a complimentary soup that I find good to cleanse our palate. Overall, very satisfied with this dish. Just wished that they don't use plastic for the sauces.
