Crispy Beancurd Sesame Rice

Fragrant sesame rice served with soy drumstick, braised beancurd, broccoli, tomato, cucumber, and achar. I haven't eaten a lot of veg chicken rice so I can't compare it against others, but this was pretty good - large portion with plenty of protein. Would have expected bokchoy like with conventional chicken rice, but the broccoli tasted good too. Came with a complimentary bowl of soup! ($8.50)

I enjoyed this meal. 😋 The lime chilli sauce is amazing! It has soya drumstick, Braised tau kwa, broccoli, achar, marinated tomato and cucumber slice, and homemade gravy. #veganisnotscary

Really enjoyed this 🤤 I always prefer beancurd based chicken rice, so this was right up my alley. Everything tasted great, from the rice (flavourful), beancurd (crispy) and even the tau kwa and achar. And of course the green dot sambal is always fantastic.
