Couscous vegan

Extremely delicious couscous with carrots, zucchini, potatoes, chickpeas and cabbage. They serve it with sauce and a spicy paste on the side for extra flavor. Though it looks like a pretty large and heavy dish, we finished it in a blink of an eye. Totally recommendable, WE LOVED IT!

Perfectly simple and served with broth and strong sauce on the side. Veggies were great and extra plus for the tasty cabbage topping and chickpeas.
