Cocotato

A mocktail made of sweet potato, coconut milk, cinnamon and whipped cream. A little cloying after a while. Too rich and rather sweet.

Back in KL!! From the airport straight to La Gula of course, and started off with this incredible and unique mocktail. This had sweet potato, coconut milk, cinnamon, and whipped cream. Ingenious!! You gotta love #purplesweetpotato to enjoy this and luckily I do! The sprig of thyme also added a beautiful herbal note with every sip.
