Coconut Quesadillas

So many amazing options that is hard to choose. Another one of my favorites in town.

The reason this image is of only a third of the dish is it was so delish we dug in before I remembered to snap a shot. Flavorful. The spinach and basil sets this dish off. The Kong mushroom gives a tiny bit of mushrooms flavor that adds to it. Outstanding.
