This was so good! Everything at Juicy J's is 100% plant based! They use the impossible patties and they smoke them for all their burgers. It has a lovely smokey flavor and a bit spicy. It is very messy but very tasty. Even my non vegan parents enjoyed it! It's located downtown Poulsbo, WA with local owners. It's very small walk-in place with no seating yet, but they have seen a ton of success and are hoping to expand.
