Chu Chee Pla Curry (Red Curry Beyond Fish)

While this looks like the massaman curry, it tastes completely different. A delicious lime (almost like lemongrass?) taste, and such a creative fish with seaweed wrapped around a soft filling. Such high quality and care taken to making this dish. Was blown away!
