Chopped Med Salad

Key word = Fresh. Contextually speaking, broke my fast on this salad and it provided all elements of a fast breaking meal: protein (tofu), veggies (peppers, artichoke, chickpeas, olives, etc.), just enough light and heavy. Meaning, I ate it and felt both full and light. Might I add, the tofu seasoning/dressing was brilliant. Not expected, chikn like, yet still giving its own tofu flare that made you not really want to look back. #abillionturns3
