Muy bueno. A medida que lo comía se sentía más y más picante. El relleno muy rico y la pasta de porotos también. (En su nombre tienen la palabra vegan pero venden cosas con queso y huevo 😒)
We’ve never tried Chile relleno before and we are SO glad that we did because it was absolutely incredible. It’s a poblano pepper stuffed with chickpea chorizo and had the most incredible sauce on top of it- perfection! It’s a bit spicy, so keep that in mind before ordering
