Chicken Quesadilla

Doomies NextMex is one of my favorite places to go to for Mexican food cravings. This quesadilla is extremely creamy and whatever they use for the chicken has an amazing texture.

Best vegan quesadilla I’ve tried. Whatever cheese they use works really well. I’d probably get a different meat than chicken next time though.
