Serenity Now ia a super cute Seinfeld-themed vegan café in Glasgow's West End. I originally ordered their 'Chicken and Waffles' but their waffle iron had broken so they made me pancakes instead! The wholemeal pancakes came with breaded seitan "chicken" bites, cinnamon vegan butter, maple syrup, and caramelized apples. Overall these were super yummy and I devoured them; the pancakes were thick and fluffy and soaked up the butter and syrup really nicely. The cinnamon mixed into the butter was lovely too! The seitan bites were a bit tough but added a nice flavour to the overall dish. I definitely recommend Serenity Now if you're ever in the area! 😋
