Cheesecake Vegan

Ottima cheesecake alla fragola. Mi è piaciuta moltissimo, veramente ottima. Questo ristorante è bellissimo, mi dispiace molto che a novembre chiuderà.

Adesso viene il pezzo forte. La foto non le rende giustizia ma è qualcosa di fenomenale. Ho mangiato tante cheesecake buone in altri posti di Italia ma erano gusti innovativi rispetto alla classica che facevo quando non mangiavo vegano. Questa è pazzesca, non so spiegare come sia possibile che abbia lo stesso gusto. Nessuno potrebbe immaginare che sia vegan. Ovviamente la ricetta è segreta.

Before becoming vegan 20 years ago never liked cheese cake, so when Sofia suggested her cheese cake I was hesitant. But after the first try I am a repeat customer. It is so delicious, light, not very sweet (the way it should be) and makes you eat two pieces instead of one. This is my trade mark to show off with my non vegan friends, because they all love it.
