Cellophane Lion Mane Black Pepper Teriyaki

Been obsessed abt this noodles recently. So tried this out. Hmmmmmm, its a bit strong on the sweet soy sauce and not too much of the teriyaki or black pepper taste. They're very generous on the lion mane mushrooms n the vege, but taste wise-i feel its way too strong n sweet in d soy sauce and doesn't live up to the dish name. Had to ask for birds eye chilli cos i felt it was just too sweet.

Not bad, but honestly nothing special in my opinion. Generous with the portion and quantity of mushrooms but The place has better dishes on the menu :/

The noodles well cooked with black pepper seasonings and adequate vegetables, mushrooms. Taste good.

Black pepper taste is very mild. Good amount of various mushrooms given. Noodles were well cooked too!

The glass noodle is very springy and the lion Mane mushroom is very chewy. Strongly recommended! ❤️
